Apart from awards, the show included power packed performances by Ali Zafar, Meera, Resham, Urwa, Amna Ilyaas, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Noor, and others.
Everything went smoothly but Urwa Hocane, the Na Maloom Afraad’s lead actress lost her balance during her dance performance on Darbadar and fell down on stage. An inside source claimed that the dance floor was a little wet before her performance which might be the reason that when she ran towards crowd, she fell down, in fact, slipped on the floor.

While the buzz suggests the high-voltage reality show has been delayed, aDNA report states that Salman Khan will soon shoot for the show's promo, which is slated for a 10 September release.
"Salman is now busy wrapping up Prem Ratan Dhan Payo in Karjat. The entire team will also shoot the promo in Karjat itself. The modalities are being worked out. Hopefully, the channel will take a call and the first promo, in all probabilities will be shot in three-four days latest," an insider revealed.
The source further elaborated that the makers were hoping to put out the promo
by 1 September but the plans were postponed as Salman wasn't available. The superstar is currently camping in Karjat and waiting to finish that one song that's left to be shot with co-star Sonam Kapoor.
Meanwhile, the names of probable contestants doing the rounds of the Internet turned out to be fake. Meanwhile, fresh reports indicate Yo Yo Honey Singh and Mohit Malhotra have been approached. However, none of it has been officially confirmed.

عمران خان نے الیکشن ٹریبونل کا فیصلہ آنے کے بعد شکرانے کے نوافل ادا کئے
تفصیلات کے مطابق پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے رہنماءجہانگیر ترین نے بتایا کہ الیکشن ٹریبونل نے جیسے ہی قومی اسمبلی کے حلقہ این اے 122، صوبائی اسمبلی کے حلقہ پی پی 147 اور پی پی 148 کا فیصلہ سنایا تو عمران خان کے چہرے پر رونق آ گئی اور انہوں نے وکٹری کا نشان بنایا۔ اس کے فوراً بعد انہوں نے شکرانے کے نوافل ادا کئے اور اللہ کے حضور دعا گو بھی ہوئے۔
واضح رہے کہ اس سے قبل پارٹی سیکرٹریٹ کے افتتاح کے موقع پر کارکنوں سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے عمران خان کا کہنا تھا کہ چیمپئن وہ ہوتا ہے جو ہارنے سے نہیں ڈرتا اور ہار بھی جائے تو اپنی کوشش جاری رکھتا ہے اور زندگی میں کبھی نہ کبھی کامیابی اس کے قدم چومتی ہے۔

بھکر ( اے این این ) بھکرمیں درندہ صفت ملزمان کی دو بچوں سے زیادتی ٗ ویڈیو بنانے والے 2ملزمان کو دھر لیا گیا ٗ سٹی تھانہ دریا خان میں چھترول کے بعد مقدمہ درج کر لیا گیا ہے۔پولیس کے مطابق بھکر میں درندہ صفت ملزمان نے دو بچوں کے ساتھ بدفعل کی اور ویڈیو بھی بنائی بعد ازاں ملزمان نے بچوں کے گھروالوں کو بلیک میل کیا اور ڈیڑھ لاھ روپے رقم وصول کی ۔
پولیس کے مطابق تین میں دو ملزمان عزیز الرحمن اور کامران کو گرفتارکرلیاگیا ہے جبکہ تیسرا ملزم ذیشان تاحال فرار ہے ۔ دونوں ملزمان کے خلاف تھانے میں مقدمہ درج کرلیا گیا مقدمہ درج کرنے سے قبل چھترول بھی ہوئی ۔ واضح رہے کہ گذشتہ روز متاثرہ بچے نے تھانے میں درخواست دائر کی تھی کہ ملزم عبدالرحمن،کامران اور ذیشان نے اس کے ساتھ بد فعلی کی اور ویڈیو بھی بنائی اور بلیک میل کرکے ڈیڑھ لاکھ روپے کی رقم بھی وصول کی تھی۔
امراض قلب سے تحفظ کے 3 سادہ طریقے
امراض قلب دنیا بھر میں اموات کی سب سے بڑی وجوہات میں سے ایک ہے، مگر آپ اپنے دل کو صحت مند طرز زندگی اختیار کرکے تحفظ فراہم کرسکتے ہیں، یہاں ایسے ہی 3 سادہ طریقے دیئے جارہے ہیں جو آپ کیلئے دل کے امراض کا خطرہ کم کردیں گے۔
صحت بخش خوراک
اپنی خوراک میں چربی کی مقدار کم کرکے فائبر کی مقدار کو بڑھائیں،اسی طرح پروٹین سے بھرپور اشیاءمچھلی، مرغی، بیج اور نٹس وغیرہ اپنی غذا کا حصہ بنائیں۔
تازہ پھلوں اور سبزیوں کا بہت زیادہ استعمال بھی دل کو صحت مند بناتے ہیں، جبکہ اس سے ذیابیطس اور کینسر کا خطرہ بھی کم ہوسکتا ہے، جبکہ کوشش کریں کہ اپنی غذا میں ٹرانس فیٹ کا استعمال کم سے کم کریں۔
جسمانی سرگرمیاں
کوشش کریں کہ روزانہ کم از کم 30 منٹ تک ورزش کو معمول بنائیں جس سے امراض قلب کا خطرہ کم ہوجائے گا، اگر آپ کے پاس جم جانے کیلئے وقت نہیں تو آپ اس صحت مند آپشن کو چہل قدمی یا سیڑھیاں اتر چڑھ کر بھی اپنا سکتے ہیں۔
جسمانی سرگرمیاں وزن کے لیے بھی فائدہ مند ثابت ہوتی ہیں اور آپ کے اندر بلڈپریشر، ہائی کولیسٹرول اور ذیابیطس کا خطرہ بھی کم ہوجاتا ہے۔
تمباکو نوشی سے گریز
تمباکو ایسی چیز ہے جس سے گریز کرکے دنیا بھر میں اموات کی شرح کو کافی کم کیا جاسکتا ہے، سیگریٹ یا تمباکو کا کسی بھی شکل میں استعمال امراض قلب کا خطرہ بہت زیادہ بڑھا دیتا ہے۔
تو اگر آپ خود کو امراض قلب کے خطرے سے بچانا چاہتے ہیں تو آپ تمباکو نوشی سے گریز کریں کیونکہ کسی بھی مقدار میں تمباکو دل کے لیے تباہ کن ثابت ہوسکتا ہے۔
اس قسم کے جوتے آپ کو ہرگز نہیں پہننے چاہئیں، وجہ جان کر آپ بے حد محتاط ہوجائیں گے

ماہرین کاکہنا ہے کہ بازار میں عام بکنے والے جوتوں میں اس کیمیکل کے ہونے کا خطرہ زیادہ ہوتاہے کیونکہ اچھی کوالٹی کا میٹریل استعمال نہیں کیا جاتا، کوالٹی کے حوالے سے تسلی ہوجائے تو استعمال کیے جاسکتے ہیں ۔ ماہرین کا کہنا ہے کہ ان جوتوں کو خریدتے وقت اس بات کا خیال رہے کہ یہ کیمیکل ان میں موجود نہ ہو۔
